Which is why I push back for developers to write an app which can destructively consume affected messages. |
Beware of apps that have open handles on queues with "exclusive input". This will prevent the destructive consumer app from getting any messages. Although in theory, these queues should be empty. _________________ Glenn |

The "dmpmqmsg" command (formerly known as SupportPac MO03 - qload) is also able to remove messages out of queues which are in use. In addition you could select a range of messages, a specific message no. or search for message contents.
And you could offload queues to files - to prevent accidentially cleared queues. _________________ Regards
