Hi ,

i see the file with .scrypt3 extension , i dont see the .tar or .tar.gz file
Is the .scrypt3 file correct one to install?

Please advise

When you say you are trying, do you mean that the download failed in some way?

I searched google for 'ibm download IT27359' and found the below URL.

Did you read this https://www-945.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/swg/selectFixes?product=ibm%2FWebSphere%2FIBM+MQ+Appliance+M2000&fixids=8.0.0.11-IBM-MQ-Appliance-IT27359&source=dbluesearch&function=fixId&parent=ibm/WebSphere

Did you click at the bottom where it says Click here for installation instructions?

Did you follow the instructions? What happened next?

No, .scrypt3 files are for the MQ Appliance.

Hi Bruce,
The download did not fail , it downloaded a .scrypt3 file instead of tar file
I download from the link you have mentioned and the installations steps says "Installing a new level of firmware" , i have not installed it yet
I am looking for a tar file for the MQ 8..0.0.11 with APAR IT27359

Thanks all,My understanding is that this APAR is for MQ appliance and not for the regular MQ software.

Yes, a quick google search for the APAR number would tell you this, and provide you with all kinds of details, including installation.
