Hi,
Can we ftp a file to remote location without using any input nodes. Basically the use case is, The file to be ftped is already available and IIB will have to drop this file in location A. System B will in turn drop its file @ location B. IIB will have to get the file at location B and process the data.
Im not sure if IIB can send readily available file to another location using fileoutput node. Please help.

Yes.
I'm not sure where the input node come into this or why you'd not want to use them, but the FileInput node can use remote locations as well.
As a side issue, using IIB as a file transfer tool isn't a cost effective or efficient solution. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
