Does SSL got installed automatically while installing MQ? or Do we need to install it seperately.
And, how to check whether it is installed on a windows server or not?
Thanks.

Look at the IBM tree in the Registry. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

If it was a silent install, the ini file provided will list the components to be installed. If it was an attended installation, you'll know what you chose to install, unless you didn't do it and are trying to trace back. If I get the time today, I have a Windows attended installation to do, so I'll be able to answer your question then. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

The uninstaller will not ask you to uninstall components or modify components that are not installed. |

The GSKit was automatically installed, even with custom installation selected. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

The page includes the reg command for Windows platforms:
reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\IBM\WebSphere MQ\Installation\Installation1\Components" _________________ Glenn |
