Hello,
We are trying to do a HTTP Post for a MIME form-data message.
When we send using simple english characters everything works great with posting via the HTTP Request node.
However, when we use chinese characters in the filename, the HTTP Request Node sends the messages to the error terminal and says "Error converting character".
As far as I can see everything is encoded in UTF-8.
Do we need send additional mime headers or what could stop the HTTP request node from parsing the chinese characters? This is for IIB 10 fix pack 7.
Best

Does UTF-8 support Chinese characters? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

What's special about the filename? I think you are saying that Chinese characters in the HTTP request body cause this error.
Can you prove (to us) that the HTTP request body contains a well-formed UTF8 character stream? Because IIB is almost never wrong when it comes to character conversion issues. The problem is usually with the application. |
