Hello All,
We have a requirement where :
1-We will use a post dest call in our fte transfer.
2-The Post Dest call will in turn call a script.
Our requirement is to pass the file name/s to the script which are transferred as a part of current transfer.
Is it possible to fetch the filenames of the files being transferred and use it as an argument to the script ??
JUST FYI : We are pushing a File Transfer Request Message XML to the command queue to initiate a transfer. |

Hi dextermbmq,
If you are creating the transfer request XML message within an application, then are you explicitly specifying the source /destination file names within it (rather than using a wildcard)? If so, and you know the files names at this point, can you not just specify the file name within the XML as an argument to your post destination program call?
Alternatively, maybe you could look at using a Destination Transfer End Exit, instead of a post destination program call, as these should have the file names available:
