Hey,
I use Oracle DB for IIB 10 , for now I dont use connection pool.
I want to change the way IIB connect to the datasource to work with connection pool.
I consider if it will improve the performance or will decrease it?
What should I check before I change this property?
How much it can improve the performence? (for now the IIB connects at least 10 time in second to the DB)
What the risks in this step?
Discuss everything about the performance of a connection point rather than connecting to a single databasae with your Oracle Database Administrator.
Review the IIB Documentation on JDBC or ODBC datasources.
Review the IIB documentation on how it handles connections.
Review the number of flows and the number of instances of flows you have that talk to the Oracle database. Review how IIB would create connections for those. _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx /

Hey, I dont find any documentation about connecting with ODBC.
I connect to the Oracle DB with ODBC and not JDBC
