At this point, I've got several volunteers and one semi-reluctant volunteer.

The source is on github, so if anyone wants to just play around with it, I'm happy to review any pull requests.

There are a couple of sample mqsc file that comes with MQ, (tools/mqsc/samples) that make excellent test cases.
