Hi, Happy to be here again with a problem
we are migrating to WebSphere MQ V8.0.0.0 from V7.
Couldnt connect to the QMgr - completion code '2' reason '2035', read several forum but still havent comeup with the solution.
Linux team have have already created a user 'MQDEVELPOER'
have set - chlauth(enabled)

If you are trying to use user 'MQDEVELOPER' on this system, create the user and
retry the operation. If you are trying to map from user 'MQDEVELOPER' to
another user using CHLAUTH USERMAP rules, check that CHLAUTH is enabled on the
queue manager and ensure the case is correct in your CHLAUTH rule.

What is your CONNAUTH set to? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

If you're referring to the user name, it's perfectly valid to have it upper-cased. It's traditional to use lower case on UNIX platforms (and in some case mandatory as some libraries expect it) and of course Windows doesn't care whether it's lower, upper, or camel-case.
