Hi,

Please help me for below issue.

Queue Manager went down because of some issue between MQ queue Manager and NFS file share (/appl/MQHA), trying to obtain locks. Please find the below error and anyone have any idea for root cause of the issue and resolution ?




Error:

ESBPRDQM nfs: [ID 435015 kern.info] NOTICE: [NFS4][Server: 10.1.150.116][Mntpt: /appl/MQHA]Operation lock for file repository_ha_active.lock (rnode_pt 0x6001df51820), pid 7530768 using seqid 649 got NFS4ERR_BAD_SEQID. Last good seqid was 648 for operation close.
Feb 18 06:42:04 ESBPRDQM nfs: [ID 269213 kern.info] NOTICE: [NFS4][Server: 10.1.150.116][Mntpt: /appl/MQHA]Process 7530768 lost its locks on file repository_ha_active.lock (rnode_pt: 6001df51820) due to NFS recovery error (NFS4ERR_BAD_SEQID) on server 10.1.150.116.

Well, it seems like you are actually running NFS V4, so that's good.

But you really need to talk to your NFS storage admin. Perhaps they were doing maintenance on the SAN during this period?
