Anyone else getting this? We are running on Red Hat 6.4 and have 9 queue managers up.
IPC settings are quite generous and have accounted for multiple queue managers on previous version 7 servers hosting this many queue managers without issue. At this point we have allocated 80 percent of the memory on the server as shared memory.
Wondering if either shared memory usage is much higher in 8.0 or if the pages somehow aren't being released due to a bug?

What about upping those values and seeing whether the issue disappears? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys.
Shared memory use on MQ V8 isn't expected to be significantly different than in MQ V7. If you can demonstrate a significant increase in shared memory use for an equivalent V8/V7 configuration you should raise a PMR reporting the issue.
