Hi All,

I have a scenario in which Client (makes a persistent connection), will send message to TCP/IP Server input node. On TCPIP server input below are the properties I have mentioned.

TCPIP Serveri/p - rcdnode(dfdl parsing)- compute node - tcpserveroutput

TCPIPServer Input Node:
Advanced: close conn(No)
I/P stream: Researve i/p stream, then release at end of flow
O/P stream:leave unchanged
Messagedomain:BLOB
Recordandelements: endofstream

Client is able to connect to tcpip server i/p node successfully, but server is receiving the data only after the connection timeout on the client side.
Input we receive is a csv file.

how to handle persistent connections in tcpip server i/p

Help me on this.

So your problem is you have Records and Elements record detection set to End of stream.

Instead you want it set to Parsed Record Sequence and model your input data using DFDL or MRM (Instead of using the BLOB domain).

If you dont want to do this, and want to be lazy, you could send record detection to 'Delimited' and send a custom byte down the TCP stream to indicate that the record has been completely sent.

Thanks McueMart and Kimbert. it worked like a charm.

Created the DFDL and used parsed record sequence option.
