Oracle EBS provides a predefined set of stored procedures (which Oracle calls as PL/SQL APIs) where some of the input parameters are defined as record type.

The advantage that they see by defining the input parameter as record type is.....
there are 100 to 200 input parameters that we need to pass while invoking the stored procedure... so they define the elements as part of the record structure where we can pass all elements as one parameter instead of 100 to 200 IN parameters.

IBM said that it is still a known limitation on message broker...i raised a RFE for providing the fix soon. Is there a workaround on this requirement?
