Hi,

I have a scenario with FileInputNode:
FileInputNode will take the data and in java compute node, the logic will be written to check for the available queue (queues are predefined). If the queue is available, the data will be written. If the queue is not available, the file has to retry using short and long retry interval. How can I acheive this?

this may help you,

If the queue is not available, write the same file in same FileInputNode location using alt.propagate in JCN node.

Have you considered using FileInput Node Retry logic?

Why you are checking only for the "queue is available"? There are so many other scenario like "Queue put inhibited","Queue full error" and how you are handling these scenarios.

Thanks Bharathi. I am trying that option.
@Simbu, My requirement is to only to check whether there are available queues. If the queues are occupied, then I have to retry after certain interval. In the mean time there is a process to clear the queues after some processing.
