IBM Provides it, you can search it on IBM Training site, IBM has put some cost for this too.

Training can also be taken on-line - live video-conference style - with a live instructor, and access to online lab exercises.

Hi,
I did training on IBM Websphere MQ series and Websphere Application server training from Grafison Technologies at Bangalore.
I learned a lot and they demonstrate good knowledge on the subject.
They have experience trainer on MQ ,MB,WAS.
Check it out yourself ..
Even whether they have any current batch starting for Message Broker or not
