Hi,
When IBM MQSeries starts at the start up all the queue managers defined starts automatically..Is there anyway of controlling this startups to some queue managers while others should be in the stop state?? Presence of large queue managers eats up system resources and I want only some queue managers to be running while system start occurs.
Also is 128 MB RAM enough for running
MQSeries
MQSeries INtegrator
MQSereis Workflow
IBM DB2
and ofcourse outlook for mail !!!!!
at the same time.
hi kishan,
u can control the queuemanagers thro' MQSeries Services.right click on the queuemanager n open properties. select 'manual' type(default is Automatic) from StartUp options.u will need to start the queuemanager manually after that.
Regarding memory, the recomended is 512mb for each of the product u have specified.u need to have lot of patience to work with 128mb n all products.u may face system crashes also.u may need atleast 256mb for each product.
regards
crony
