All,
I discovered via a customer that WMQ FTE plugin does not support a client-side security exit (nor does it support SSL). MQ Explorer v7 properly supports client-side security exits but the FTE plugin for MQ Explorer does not appear to use MQ Explorer's code base to connect to a remote queue manager. Very odd.
So, I have created an RFE called "Add security exit support to WMQ FTE". The RFE ID # is 28410. Please vote for it, so that IBM will add security exit support for WMQ FTE plugin, agents and other FTE components when connecting to a remote queue manager.
