OK... we've got some major problems here.
First I will assume that we are talking about 3 Data connectors going from a SOUCRE to three different activities. Data connectors can not be drawn from a Sink to an activity.
Next, Data connectors have nothing to do with control flow, so this question can not be answered.

Well like I said.... Data connectors have nothing to do with Control flow, so If I take what you say literally, ALL three will start at once. I must say that I doubt that this is what you want.

The first activity to start is always the one which has no other control connectors pointing to it. so if you have 3 activities with no control connectors pointing to them, they all will start in parallel.
