May 13 10:07:30 rtomp01 WMQIv210[35692]: (RTOM1BK.BUDExecutionGroup)[1]BIP2801E: Unable to load implementation file 'imbdfdb2v6.lil', rc=-1. : RTOM1BK.480a1b22-f500-0000-0080-ef8ed9a98840: /build/S000_P/src/AdminAgent/PlatformSupport/Unix/ImbPlatformSupport.cpp: 428: ImbPlatformSupport::loadLib: :
I get it when I start my Broker (or deploy to it) on AIX. It's a new broker I just created. I searched for the file but didn't find it, but I don't see it on my other box that doesn't get the error either. |

if your broker configured for Oracle database:

nope...I'm using DB2 |
Ok. imbdfdb2v6.lil is a part of WMQI package, normally can be found in WMQI lil directory. If the lil is not installed, you are unable to use distributed XA transactions in your flows. So, check whether the lil is available, whether lilpath of the broker is correct and your broker has access and uses correct libdb2.a ( LIBPATH and .odbc.ini ).
Could you say which version of DB2 you have ?
P.S.
Also, check Readme.txt for wmqi on AIX ( I have CSD04 ), probably you deleted the lil to avoid mqsistop problem ?
"7. Stopping the broker and DB2 (APAR IY13468).
When using DB2 as a broker database or an enterprise database accessed
in your message flows, a known intermittent problem exists whereby the
broker will not shutdown following an "mqsistop" command. The symptom is
that the command hangs and never returns.
To stop a broker which is in this state, issue the command "mqsistop -i".
This is a problem in DB2, and covered under APAR IY13468.
This APAR was fixed in DB2 6.1 fixpack 7. However, at the time of writing,
the fix is not yet available on DB2 7.1. In this case, if
it is a persistent problem
in your system environment, then there is a workaround which can be
used for brokers which use DB2 but are not globally coordinated. Remove
the following files:
/opt/wmqi/lil/imbdfdb2v6.lil
/opt/wmqi/lib/imbdfdb2v6.lil
Restart the broker and it should now react correctly to mqsistop.
Note: This workaround will not work for globally coordinated brokers (ie
those which coordinate transactions using XA), and MUST NOT be used if
ANY broker on the system, is using XA." |
