Just installed and configured with a default broker "MB8BROKER". But cannot start it. When I tried to remove it, it gives BIP8016E which says it's in the progress of startup or endup and cannot be stopped.....
Using WMB V8 on RHEL v6.1
I checked the logs which says "mqsiprofile repetition disallowed"...
Guys, need your help!! |

If may need to stop it. If this fails, kill the process.
Next step is to run the start with a system trace. This should have the information as to why it does not start properly and allow you to open a PMR with IBM providing them with the needed information.
Have fun _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Use the command line (shell or cmd) to start or stop broker !
Force Broker to stop with the "-i" switch: "mqsistop MB8BROKER -i"
"ps -eaf | grep mqsi" will give you the broker processes... which you can "kill <PID>", but for me "-i" always works ! _________________ Just use REFERENCEs |
