I have installed Websphere Transformation Extender 8.4 version and messaqge broker version 8.1 on Windows XP and deployed and tested the bar file successfully which we built in WMB 8.0

But we have another Windows system, where we already have a working WTX8.2 and WMB6.1 Set up. On this system, we installed WTX 8.4 and WMB 8.0.
The installation was successful and we have both the environment w.r.t Toolkit/designerstudio etc working properly.
But if we try to deploy and test the WMB8.0 bar file to WMB8.0 Broker we get the following error.

A Loadable Implementation Library (.lil, .jar, or .par) is not found for message flow node type 'DTXPlugInNode' in message flow”.
Could any one help me out or provide any information or known issues/solution with respect to co-existence of WMB6.1/WTX8.2 and WMB8.0/WTX8.4 ?

Are you running both 6.1 and 8 under the same user id?

It sounds like the Broker is not configured to know where the WTX runtime is. Did you confirm you followed the necessary steps to link the 8.0 install with the 8.4 WTX?

I am with Adei's team. In fact we tried a new third configuration.

On a new windows system
1. Install WMB 8.0/WTX 8.4 only. (this does NOT have WMB6.1/WTX 8.2).
2. Deployment and run time testing of an msg flow with WTX node was successful.
3. On the same system, now we installed WMB 6.1/WTX 8.2 set up, while keeping the WMB 8.0/WTX 8.4 as it is.
4. Now once again we tried to repeat step #2 on WMB 8.0/WTX 8.4. The same bar file which got deployed and ran successfully in step#2, now is giving the same error as reported by Adei.

Looks like something on the system environment variables for WMB 8.0 gets corrupted or reset when we have WMB6.1 on the same windows box..

I guess you ran both versions under the same user id this time, too

Yes. In all these scenarios the same user id has been used for the broker. I believe on Windows XP that would be the local system account id that the MB Broker service gets started..

Is there any known issue/direction that 6.1 Broker and 8.0 Broker should be running under different user Ids?

The user Id that runs Broker should be different, since they need to source different mqsi profiles. You can't source a version 8 broker profile to run a version 6 broker.
