Looks pretty clear to me:

| Comment2 :- Access is denied. |
Looks like a memory issue, and the current FixPack for the version you're using is 11 so go up to that and try again. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

The problem started when MQ Receiver channels stop starting.
We try to resolve the problem but couldn't. The error was invalid data receive from XXXX.
After few tries, we decided to clean install the MQ, then this problem start happening.
The same MQ version is standard build which we have installed on Same Windows build on other servers and working fine.
Is there any setting that need to be fix, considering the limitation of no change in OS build and MQ version. |

What errors did you find at both ends of this channel? Please provide more than XXX. It is possible that the 'out of memory' condition is causing the channel to fail, too. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

My interpretation of my associate's question is why are you running this as any user other than the service user? Irrespective of it's alledged group membership? Which the system doesn't seem to think is sufficient for this memory segment? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

So .. you guys suspect memory segmentation is the problem for the user ...
Let me get my environment team to check this out. |

Failed to create mapped memory segment
I believe that the operative word in this error message is CREATE. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

"The UserID 'XXX' fails because it does not have sufficient rights to create a file map calling the function 'CreateFileMapping.
Resolving the problem
If your user is a member of the "mqm", and "administrators" groups, crtmqm works as expected" |

It just got resolved......
After alot of head beating .. the problem was caught..
we were trying to create the queue manager by connecting to box via Remote Desktop connection.
When we tried to create it directly into physical, it got created succesfully .
