Hi,
I would like to known the answers for the following :

1) Can we define multiple remote queue definition pointing to a single xmitq.for ex dis qr(xx.a) rqmname(XY) rqname(xxxxxx) xmitq(AA)
dis qr(xx.b) rqmname(XY) rqname(yyyy) xmitq(AA).
Meanwhile i Can use one sender channel using the Xmitq(AA) for the both remote queues assuming that two remote queue going to same remote QM.
If it is wrong what will be the effects?if correct no issues...

2)We cannot use the senders channel for two xmitqs.each xmitq has each associated senders channel.

This feels like an exam question, so I'll direct you to the top of the page and read the intercommunications manual in the infocenter.

This is certainly close to "it's easier to try it than ask".

we strictly do not talk neither encourage about this any kind of discussions.

@swann Have you ever created a sender-receiver channel pair manually ?

Yes we cannot use two remote queues assigning to one transmission queue,We can assign but we can use one at a time .If you tried to use both at once a AMQ4063 error pops up and looking into error logs it say MQ OBJECT_IN _USE is used .................

Working as designed and documented.

The sender-side message channel agent MQOPENs the xmitq for input exclusive control. This prevents other sender channel instances from starting, and stealing messages from the active sender channel.
