The application in CICS generate RC=2017. I tried to solve problem with
command on the z/OS MQ V7.0 queue manager:
ALTER QMGR MAXHANDS(1024)
Before it was MAXHANDS(256). After this change the the application still generate the same RC=2017.
The massages are sent to the z/OS queue manager from WAS on Linux
and processed by CICS on z/OS.
Does any one know how to solve probem and stop RC=2017? |

did anyone check that this is not an application issue? e.g. issuing mqopen again and again without doing an mqclose ever?

What error message(s) are posted on the z/OS qmgr SYSOUT?
A quick Google search yielded some PTFs for r/c 2017.
