A refresh is now available for the 'Custom Channel for IBM WebSphere MQ for Windows Communication Foundation' on alphaworks.
Download the refresh now!

This new version now includes support for:
- The request-reply channel shape, allowing service methods to return results to the calling client application.
- Minor bug fixes and additions
More about Custom Channel for IBM WebSphere MQ for Windows Communication Foundation:
This proof-of-concept extends the reach of WebSphere MQ into the world of Microsofts Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), as available in .NET 3. It enables WCF clients and services to take advantage of the qualities of service and functionality offered by WebSphere MQ to transport messages seemlessly within the WCF environment. Messages are carried using the SOAP over JMS message format, as described in WebSphere MQ v6, enabling WCF applications to also interoperate with applications hosted by CICS and WebSphere Application Server. |
