Hi
i want to learn process server but dont know how to start,can any one pls suggest me the books or links or tutorials to learn WPS and iam having good knowledge on java , is it helpful to me?how will be joboppurtunities for wps in india .

Use IBM Red books to read and use the WID tool (Websphere Integration Developer ) for development.
