Hi Please help, I have multiple flows, when a message comes into my ESB, it goes throw 6 to 8 flows to be identified and finally sent out.
My questions is
1. We have now made all the queues persistent and now the response time seems a little slower, and the MQ LOG keeps on getting full. We are using Linear logging.
Could the multiple flows have an impact on the response time? As the message goes from one Q to another?

Well that is to be expected. You are now writing the messages to the log file.

Please give some thought to these questions
1) how many log files are you using? (please don't say 3)
2) What is the size of each log file (please don't say the default)
3) How many messages do you anticipate being held in the queue at any one time
4) What is the typical size of the messages.
When you have done that, please review the WMQ documentation especially the parts related to logfiles.
The provisioning of sufficient WMQ resources to allow broker (or any app for that matter) to run properly and efficiently is all part of the design & spec phase of the system. It sound to me like one or more errors in this process have occurred.

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
