Hi,
We are running MQ 7.0.1.4 on Linux.

I exported the JAVA_HOME=/opt/mqm/ssl/jre
export DISPLAY=myPC:0.0

I am using Cygwin X window as xwindow to open the GUI.

When I execute ikeyman on on Linux machine, the ikeyman GUI is opened but I dont see the CMS type in the keydatabse type.

Can you please share what to do to get the CMS in the list?.

Why not just FTP the keystore to your Windows desktop and use the ikeyman on there. It seems a lot easier to me....

Maybe because on the Windows desktop it won't allow you to enter multiple OU entries for the distinguished name? (Don't know if it is still the case with V7, but it used to be with WMQ V6)

Anyways you could always try gsk7cmd or gsk7capicmd.

Did you check the combo box for store type? Keep in mind that you might see JKS (as default) before CMS instead of after...

I set

export JAVA_HOME=/opt/mqm/ssl/jre
export PATH=/opt/mqm/ssl/jre/bin:$PATH

and I had no problem seeing the CMS type store

What type of MQ installation do you have? Did you install the MQSSL package?
