I receive the Not Authorized message when attempting to get information using MQMON - even though I am logged in (AD) with an ID which is also a local account on the QM's Aix server and a member of mqm. I am guessing that some security command (REFRESH) or a QM recycle may solve this problem (I was recently added as a local account with mqm membership) but I don't want to experiment because this is a production QM. Can someone recommend the appropriate procedure to use in this case?

MQSC REFRESH SECURITY command is safe for production. And certainly safer than the other options, which is a qm restart...

Logged in "AD" -- do you mean you are logged into a Windows machine with an Active Directory domain account? Sorry, just didn't get your meaning.
