Hey Guys,
I am looking for a clarification for how timestamp get manage for WMQ.
-Is it sync with O/s timing.(If so how transaction manager will decide about the time stamp, If servers belongs to different timezone.
- Based on which time stamp event will log in error files.(Seems to be it O/s)
I have so many question for it.. If any one of you could clear my doubts that will great, other wise direct me for relevant documen

Given the general nature of your question, here are some general answers:
- You've posted in the WMQ section so I assume you're talking about a queue manager not a broker
- A queue manager is not always a transaction manager
- The queue manager will use the system clock, including timezone
- If you're using multiple servers there's no guarantee they're all set to use the same timezone or indeed show the same time unless the system administrators have taken action (like a time server)
I've also seen sites where the timezone isn't used & the clocks were manually adjusted an hour twice a year.

WMQ uses GMT for PutDate/PutTime timestamps in messages.
It converts this to the local time zone and locale format for printing it in the error logs on Unix. This can be a real PITA because it appears not all MQ modules use the same formatting. I have seen both DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY format in the error logs on the same system! I wish MQ would use ISO8601 format, which is YYYY/MM/DD.

I would have expected that you see this difference depending on the TZ of the user that started the qmgr, or to be more specific when you change the TZ for the mqm user / group
