Hi All,
I have a Blob message which I am trying to parse using MRM domain, TDS format. With in the blob message I could see that for one of the fields I have '0' as value, but after parsing using message set the field is empty. I couldn't understand why.
The Properties of the decimal field are
Value is set to Default
Nillable is selected.
Is there any setting that I might be missing.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Kiran |

So that's the physical value for the field...

...now you are talking about the logical value of the field ( the value in the message tree). Unfortunately, I don't know what you mean by 'empty'. Is the field an empty string, a null value or something else? Feel free to answer by posting the Trace node output for the field in question

Those are the logical properties for the field. Don't forget that there are a whole bunch of physical properties on the CWF physical format. Those properties include settings that tell the CWF parser how to recognise a null value, btw. |
