When using java PCF API on iSeries V6R1 and WebSphere MQ 7.0.1.1, the number of created dynamic queues increased to a level where the maximum number of channels were in use. As a result several applications were unable to process messages.

Same exact application works fine on other platforms. Any ideas would be very helpful.

Thanks.

Dynamically created queues are an application design issue; and there is no relationship between dynamic queues and channels.

Depending on what version of the Java PCF classes you are using, you might be able to open a PMR and get more assistance. These are directly included and supported in recent versions of MQ, rather than being a supportPac.
