we have the following problem and need a answer very quickly:
We read a lot of messages from a queue in the MQSereis server. When we try to process all this messages, we start for each message a own thread which run parallel to other message threads. That means too we can't make a commit or backout immediately. Is it possible to make a commit or backout based on the message id or anything else? (Best case is we mark a message as read and then we can delete a message based on the message id) Can you help us is it very important for our project. Thank you in advance. M.Kaplan

I think we will need some more information on the intent and current design of your application. Are you using JMS or IBM's own API? Do you have multiple JMS Sessions (assuming you are using JMS). Is there any database activity involved or is it simply messaging and queueing that needs to be included in the logical unit of work?
