Good to get the complete linked stack exception; really helps to do this to get good diagnostics.
Key bit is the The native JNI library 'mqjbnd' was not found. [3=mqjbnd]
Have you set -Djava.library.path to point to the location of mqjbnd?

A basic question, but is the client application running on the same server as the queue manager? If true, then follow "calanais" comments.
