I'm trying to perform silent install of MQ using 'msiexec' commands, the installs is success with no error in the log, but the windows service 'IBM MQSeries' is not starting. It throws an error - "Error 1008 An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exists"


I did find the following tech note on IBM

Still don't get what to do, can anyone share their expierence on the same

Solved

Okie, I was able to solve by addming MUSR_MQADMIN to the local user group.
