I have an issue with MQSI v2.02 we had an employee leave and left a mrm resource Checked out, how can I force the unlock ?????
Using the ID that has it checked out is not an option.

Do it with the super user: IBMMQSI2
For more info, check the Admin Guide, chapter 4.

I don't think IBMMQSI2 user-id "feature" is available in MQSI 2.0.2
Can you reset this employee's password and login to his machine to check-in this element?
