I had to disable all mq services on a startup, after awhile I enabled them again. I can see MQServices are running, command server is running, but cannot execute any command (RUNMQSC). When I issue RUNMQSC, it gives me the message :'RUNMQSC' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.'
Anyone had the same problem?
Could it be related that I do not connect to any local queue manager?

It sounds to me like you don't have the MQSeries executables in your PATH statement. Have you tried to fully qualify the executable and run it (ie, \MQTOP\bin\runmqsc)?

Thanks a lot. Right after I posted the question, I looked at my path, and found almost nothing in there: PATH=C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\system32\WBEM;C:\Lotus\Notes. I am running windows 2000, and definetly was able to do everything before. Somethins is messed up on my machine. Could it cause the problem with me not being able to connect to any local queue manager created by me?
thanks.

I think it also depends on whether or not the USER you are logged in is in the mqm group or not.
