I am bit curious to know, why WebSphere Message Broker Version 7.0 is not supported on HP-UX on PA-RISC whereas Message Broker Version 6.1 is supported in this platform. _________________ Regards,

Been exploring the product a few days now and I'm very impressed by the improvements. Installation is a bliss as well as the the Broker Explorer.
However, there are some minor features that are (or have gone) missing as well as some bugs. How should I provide IBM with this feedback? It's not really PMR'able stuff and none of our clients has a license for this version of WMB.

There is a long tradition of using this forum for exactly that type of question. |

Great, here are some bits and pieces..
In Broker Explorer:
* Deploy date/modification time not viewable for jar-files in subfolders (e.g. lib/) ("Unknown")
* When trying to enable Flow Debug port and no port is set, a warning message is displayed and then the execution group is restarted for no reason(?).
Toolkit:
* Deployment details are not viewable for jar resources.
* Debugger did not initially respect breakpoints between nodes and when stepping past the last line in a javacompute node an unknown error was produced. However, I haven't been able to reproduce this error.
* When creating another JavaCompute node the specified location is not respected. All files are still put into the already referenced java project. |

PHP Compute Node.
It would have been nice if the Editor was within the Eclipse Framework. There are PHP addons for Eclipse.

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

Sorry, somehow managed to hit the submit button twice. |
Which encourages me to ask a question i've been thinking about for a while...
Why cant we delete our own posts?
Theres a little info box in the bottom right corner of the screen informing me I cant delete my own posts so I wouldnt have thought it would be much effort to enable this feature. Whats the thinking behind this? |

AFAIK it's a side effect of the anti-spam features. I stand ready to be corrected by the powers that be.
Obviously your friendly neighbourhood moderator will delete any double submits (it's happened to me) or posts you'd prefer removed. Just edit the content to "mod pls remove" or "can someone scratch this" or something. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

No, but if regret hits quickly enough you can edit the post to "-----------"

Changing or enabling the debug port requires you to restart the execution group; it always has - the difference is that now the toolkit can do this for you.
For the JavaCompute/debugger problem, there might well be a PMR in there- please follow up with support.
