Hi
I have problem with installing WebSphere Business Monitor 6.2 over existing WebSphere Process Server 6.2 on Windows XP.
Problem is that WebSphere Business Monitor installer cannot find existing Process Server and use it as a WAS folder.
I installed and uninstalled Process server and Business monitor lots of time on this machine.
Someone told me that this problem exists because every time I uninstall these products using Windows “add and remove programs” not with uninstaller application and now I have some remains.
Have you experienced such a situation?
