WMB 6.1 on Windows.

We get the following exception on one of our projects when we execute mqsicreatebar:

A org.eclipse.core.internal.resources.ResourceException exception occurred which reported the following message: Resource /CommonRoutines_DDP is not open..

The project references two projects that were built using the WMB 6.0 toolkit, so mqsicreatebar creates CommonRoutines_DDP on the fly during its migration process.

The bar file is created without incident after the exception is logged. We have other projects that are in the same circumstance (built using 6.1 toolkit, referencing projects built using 6.0 toolkit). They also create the CommonRoutines_DDP project on the fly, but the ResourceException is not thrown.

Are we okay ignoring this exception, or is this a symptom of a bigger problem? Maybe issues with building projects that reference projects built using the 6.0 toolkit.
