I configured WMB using the "Default Configuration Wizard" on WIndows server on a 64 bit system.

The default configuration created a default broker.

Then I created a 64 bit execution group.

When I deploy a message flow to the 64 bit exe group, will the flow be running in truly 64 bit mode, or would the broker have to be created to be 64 bit.

If so, does the Default Configuration wizard create the broker in 32 or 64 bit mode ?

The only runtime environment that matters to the flow is the DataFlowEngine process.
