I need to calculate the number of licenses which can be installed.

does that depend on the number of CPU's?

Ask your friendly IBM sales rep.
The licensing is usually done by PVUs (Processor Value Units). So the cost will be CPUType PVUs * PVU Price.

Hera are information about licensing, follow the link "Processor Value Unit (PVU)". There is a link to a PVU Table and a PVU Calculator.
