a 2 min search on the IBM website with the probeId should have given you this link

Get to the latest fix pack => 6.0.2.7 or upgrade to 7.0.0.2 !

Domino effect...consider: A RCVR channel in a queue manager goes down because a QL is full, and so is the DLQ. The application that services the queue is fully functional, but is unable to pull messages from the queue because the database it uses is deadlocked. The deadlock on the database is due to someone running a job they shouldn't. What was the cause of the channel stopping, and what is is the root cause of the channel stopping?
