Hi,

Currently My broker is runnning AIX server where my Configuration Manager is running in WindowsXP.
One flow is running in a EG with 3 instances. Where in Toolkit and Configmanager proxy is displaying only one message flow is running.

I want to delete rest of two ghost message flows.

So anybody can help me how to do without deleting EG or removing deployed children.

Thanks and Regards.

Anything that involves changes to the ConfigMgr's internal repository or the Broker's database should involve a PMR with IBM.

That said, you can attempt to execute a "Remove Deployed Children" on the EG, and then restart the broker and then redeploy the flows that you want to deploy.

If you wish to maintain uptime, you can create a new EG, deploy the correct things there, and then delete the old EG. If the DataFlowEngine is still running for the old EG after you have deleted it, you can kill that process.

This may still leave you with either phantom EGs or ghost message flows, that will re-appear at the time of your next full Broker restart. But it will at least allow you to take a normal recycle of broker without requiring an outage.

totally unsupported and may mess up your broker.. from aother post :

1. Get broker, exgroup and flow id's (config mgr proxy would help)
2. <Broker label="JUNEBRK" uuid="083a0bfa-2101-0000-0080-c65b38f747bb" version="1"><Change><ExecutionGroup label="default" uuid="093a0bfa-2101-0000-0080-c65b38f747bb"/></Change><ExecutionGroup uuid="093a0bfa-2101-0000-0080-c65b38f747bb"><Delete><MessageFlow uuid="572f0ffa-2101-0000-0080-9c7b2948197b"/></Delete></ExecutionGroup></Broker>

Update above msg with proper ids.
Have to set message format as MQSTR, ReplyToQ and ReplyToQMGr.
3. Then put msg in SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.QUEUE
