Hi ,
When I try to send message to MQ via JMS transport from the client application which is siebel, I get the error
ERROR: Exception during send/receive: SiebelJMSException errorSubtype=RUNNING_SECURE_ACTION (wrapped exception = javax.jms.JMSException: MQJMS1000: Failed to create JMS message)
Please Advice

What's the WMQ reason code in the linked exception? This will give you more to go on.

You guess wrong. That's a generic JMS error. Part of this will be a linked exception from the underlying WMQ, which includes the WMQ reason code.
I can be obtuse sometimes, but even I wouldn't ask for a code you'd already posted.
