Is there a problem with this functionality or am I missing something.
If I use this feature and the flow is subsequently stopped ( by stopping the flow, execution group or broker ) and the flow is then restarted, 1 extra start message is generated for each completed execution of the flow.

Using a simple flow

MQInput --> TimeoutControl

TimeoutNotification --> Compute --> MQOutput

Start the flow with timeout message

<TimeoutRequest>
<Action>SET</Action>
<Identifier>TEST01</Identifier>
<StartDate>TODAY</StartDate>
<StartTime>12:00:00</StartTime>
<Interval>300</Interval>
<Count>-1</Count>
<IgnoreMissed>FALSE</IgnoreMissed>
<AllowOverwrite>TRUE</AllowOverwrite>
</TimeoutRequest>

Flow runs once at 12:00:00 - one new message on output queue
Flow runs once at 12:05:00 - one new message on output queue
Flow runs once at 12:10:00 - one new message on output queue

Flow stopped at 12:12:00
Flow started at 12:13:00

Flow runs 3 times at 12:13:00 - 3 new unwanted messages on output q

Flow runs once at 12:15:00 - one new message on output queue
Flow runs once at 12:20:00 - one new message on output queue

Flow stopped at 12:22:00
Flow started at 12:23:00

Flow runs 5 times at 12:23:00 - 5 new unwanted messages on output q

Flow runs once at 12:25:00 - one new message on output queue
Flow runs once at 12:30:00 - one new message on output queue

etc, etc.....
