I have a WebSphere Message Broker V6.1 on AIX Platform and The Broker DB is connected to the Single Oracle Instance and the User Database should be configured to Oracle RAC. What could be the configuration in the ODBC64.ini file.

Oracle Admin provided two hostname, port number and the servicename.

But the OBDC64.ini file has only one entry(Hostname=) to provide hostname. In this case how we can configure the Oracle RAC with Message Broker V6.1

Use an address_list with mutliple addresses in there.

Here is an example of such a tnsnames.ora file:

The 64-bit driver for Broker is a Wire driver and not a driver that will use the tnsnames.ora file.

The Oracle DBA should be able to assist with this configuration.

Of course, the relevant section for the 64-bit driver is even specific on this.
