The Configuration Manager Database specified for migration did not contain a complete set of valid tables. A new empty internal respository has been created instead.

It is possible the wrong database has been specified for migration. If this is the case, please delete and recreate the Configuration Manager specifying the correct database. If no migration is needed no further action is required. AMQ8110: WebSphere MQ queue manager already exists. WebSphere MQ queue manager running.

Are you sure you need to resolve this?

Are you actually trying to migrate an existing Configuration Manager?

Or are you merely trying to create a new v6 Configuration Manager, and trying to have it use a database that is no longer needed in version 6 and later.

Then the question of why you're specifying a DB2 database at all becomes relevant.

Or is this another example of you having no real clue despite the extensive reading you do? I still have a little chuckle at your assertion (preserved here) that WMQ messages "usually" have an MQMD....

Moved to correct section (presumably reading section headings causes the same issues as reading documentation)

That is impressive. The solution took me 2 minutes to find. I looked up "mqsicreateconfigmgr" in the documentation.
