Can you please tell me what is the advantages of WMQ over other MOMs?
I mean, what are the business Benefits of MQ?
Is there any link which gives a nice image of MQ architecture?
I searched on net but couldn't get a good one...

Heres a few easy ones....
1) You get support from IBM (other MOMs eg open source products may not offer any support)
2) You get nice integration with other Websphere products (eg message broker / Application Server)
3) WMQ is the market leader and so is extensively used and tested
4) You get a dedicated forum for your questions!

Full JMS compatibility.
Availability of message broker products.
Two-phase commit processing with databases.

The fundamental question for my clients is whether your core business is developing and supporting software products - now and for the forseeable future.
If yes, then write or acquire open-source; and re-sell to make a profit.
If no, then funds are likely better spent in activities that make a profit.
WMQ is multi-platform, robust, well-supported, and well-accepted and in use world-wide.
Yes, you could write your own (fun), or acquire open-source (appears to be free); but you are commiting your organization to self-support for the long-term.
