I get alot of these message from our broker. I usually receive one of these every hour. Can anyone tell me what they mean.

Personally I would not raise a PMR.

From the message broker help documentation:

It looks like completely normal behaviour. I don't know what it is though.. maybe the brokers are reporting to the configmgr?
